Legal Question
Car service
I recently took my car in for a
transmission flush and they put the
wrong fluid. My car's transmission
failed. Car is in the shop and the
mechanic told us it was due to wrong
fluid. Can we sue if they refuse to fix
my car that they damage? I have been
without the car for two weeks
