Legal Question
Harrassment of a Non-Profit Corporation
We are a private community and non-profit mutual
benefits corporation, being harrassed by a lawyer. We
are a small community of mostly seniors. He sued our
corporation some years ago and continues to take us co
court, pro bono, for anyone with the smallest
complaint. He is trying to bankrupt our corporation.
