Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I want to start a law related business that is akin to LegalZoom. The service I have in mind is similar in that it increases legal literacy by explaining legal documents rather than filing it out. I want to start this business right away but I'm afraid that I might get in trouble with the California State Bar for being an unauthorized practice of law. I wrote a User Agreement and have in all my advertisements that my service is not legal advice and that if there is urgency in the matter, then the customer should seek a lawyer. What else should I do to avoid being charged with the unlicensed/unauthorized practice of law?

"Explaining Legal Documents" sounds like practicing law.

Mr. Selik is correct. There is no way you can explain legal documents without illegally practicing law.
