Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

victim of robbery while at work

i am currently employed by a bank and about a year and a half ago our branch was invovled in a takeover style robbery i was pistol whipped but did not sustain ophysical injury besides a bump on the head an a minor contusion. i was allowed some time off work paid and also three free counseling sessions. i have been diagnosed with post-trauma stress and have recurring nightmares and other mental health issues resulting from this event. i want to know if i am entitled to any other compensation considering the banks use of technology which prohibits acces to cash which i believe was the reason for the violent nature of the incident.

You posted your question in the wrong category. If you are entitled to any type of compensation, you would be limited to worker's comp claim. You should repost your question in that category.
