No One will Pay

I bought a cae from a dealershp on February 3, 2005 about three weeks later the throwout bearing went out in the car, So I called them and asked them if they would work on helping me get it fixed. I was willing to pay for everything aslong as they would work with me on payments for the services. On friday March 26,2005 My car was towed to the dealership with 100 dollars and the part in the glove box. I called them about 2:00 that afternoon and they said it wouldn't be done until monday. Needless to say I called them about 2:oo on monday and the ownwer told me that my car had been destroyed in a fire caused by vandelism. He then asked me if I had full coverage insurance and I said yes. So I called my insurance and reported the incident. I also had to call their insurance company and tell them because they did not report my car to their insurance. To make a long story short at this moment in time neither insurance company is going to cover my car. The people that I bought the car from aren't going to do anything either because they are no longer in that buisness. I just need to know if I have a leg to stand on and how to go about all of this.

Re: No One will Pay

If you had comprehensive coverage, your insurance company must pay for the repairs. Let them figure out later who, if any, should reimburse them. Why has your insurance company not paid?
