Legal Question in Mediation in California
ok this is my story a girl named angelina comes to me saying she is pregnant and the baby is mine so i jump into the situation head first really thinking im gonna be a father so gabriel is born 12-18-08 and i sighn the birth certificate, then later on down the road her x gets out of jail and now all of a sudden hes not mine shes saying that she was with a different guy now can i still get a free dna test to determine paternity if i sighned the birth certificate?

Not free, but if you signed the declaration of paternity at birth under false pretenses, you can ask a court to undo it, and for an order for DNA testing as part of that proceeding. You only have a limited time, however, from when you have reason to know you were deceived. So do not delay.
