Absolutely not!!! Unfortunately, this is a common situation. Insurance companies are insidious bloodsuckers under the best of circumstances and this problem is exacerbated in your situation because of the insurer's built-in conflict of interest.

I need a lot more information to accurately determine a reasonable settlement value for your case because many factors have to be analyzed. This is normal but not fair. It depends on the amount of the bills, the nature of your injuries, the amount of damage to your car, etc. Find a good attorney to advise you.

Not at all. But who said insurance companies are fair. The job of those working for the insurance company is to get away with paying as little as possible. Go to an attorney!
