Car Accident

If you hit a persons car, and the person said that if you gave him 400 dollars he wouldnt say a thing, and he called back saying that you gave him wiplash, what would you do?

Personally, I would have no worries because before I would give that person $400, he would've signed a release of all claims first.

If no such release was signed, you can probably expect a claim. If you receive any documents from an attorney representing the other individual involved in the accident, forward it over to your insurance company.

Never pay money in such a situation without settlement agreement re any and all claims. Hire an attorney.
