im asking in regards to my mom Barbara Rhodes she has worked for the state

of California for 30+ years at metropolitan state hospital mental institution in 2007 she was wrongfully demoted

from unit supervisor to/a on call nurse taking a pay cut and putting her directly in danger of violent patients, after 30 years of no patient related injuries she was brutally attacked so she open and workmenscomp case her injury occurred in 2011 they have not resolved thi matter now are telling her that her disability pay is over in one month and she will receive 230 a week from then on, her annual income was well over 80,000 is there grounds for damages suit she falls down now due to these injuries herniated disc l4 to l5 and needs a total knee replacement
