There is a lot of information missing in your question. First of all, you ask if you can "try" to get your bill paid by the property owner. Yes, anyone can TRY something like that, but trying often leads to failing. What you really want to know is if you can GET the bill paid. If it's POSSIBLE. To answer that, I would need to know at least a few very basic things:

1) When was the accident? The statute of limitations on a personal injury case is two years. After that, you have no right to go to court. So if the accident was more than two years ago, then the answer is probably NO.

2) How did the accident happen? You can't win your case just because the accident happened on the landlord's property. You have to prove that your injury was his FAULT. You need to show that he either did something that helped cause the injury, or failed to do something he was supposed to do which would have prevented the injury. If you have no evidence about FAULT, then the answer is again probably NO.

There's even more to it, but these two questions are extremely basic and you didn't mention anything about them. Without this information, no lawyer could begin to help you.
