Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Hi, I am going to file opposition to the demurrer today in stanley mosk court house. Is there a fee or form for filing the opposition document to the demurrer? i am a pro per, and student. I lack knowledge. i want to know the exact process of filing. Can i just walk in the clerk office, and submit my documents to department related to my case. Clerk won't reject it right?

There is no fee to submit an opposition. You need to file your opposition in the department where the demurrer is going to be heard, not the clerk's office. You should have an assigned department from the notice on the demurrer.
