Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My gf of 4 yrs really did a number on me. We have 3 kids together. Ive been providing for my family the entire time. She never had to work. I paid all expenses. I make good money in construction. Turns out for the past year she's been talking to other guys, one happend to be my next door neighbor!!! I loved her to death but I had to kick her out becuase of all this. She has the kids, I guess child support/visits will be next on my to do list but my question is this,......in the time we were together she confided in me about things having to do with her family. Quite embarassing really.....Is there a law that would make it illegal for me to post these findings on the internet? Pictures of someone sleeping...not nude just a really bad no makeup picture. Mugshot photos....etc?

Posting on the internet may or may not be illegal, depending on the content of the postings. It appears that the reason for wanting to post this material on the internet is the desire to get even with her. When you seek time with your children the postings will become an issue which may seriously reduce your time with the children.

I'm sure its a privacy violation for which you can be sued.

However, regardless of what the law is on this issue, you are nuts if you post this information on the Internet. Even if you are no longer together, your relationship with her is not over, and will never be over because she is the mother of your children. If you reveal this information you will turn an already bad breakup into a toxic relationship which will without a doubt adversely affect your relationship with your children. Do not do this.
