Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

i am part of transvaginal mdl case. I have an attorney who has offered me a settlement. I would like to reject it and have them start over because all of my surgeries are not being included in their matrix. I am considering firing my atty. I was told by another attorney to fire them before seeking out another attorney, but I do not know if another attorney will take my case since my settlement package has already been sent to me. What is the best way to handle this? I live in California, but my case is being handled by an atty in Texas.

Hire a new attorney before you fire your current attorney and discuss your options with the new attorneys.
