Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I am getting phone calls from a man he asks me if I am single and uses different phone numbers to call he has called me 20 times in five minutes on Friday in the evening then on Saturday 11 times in 20 minutes in the evening and today 10 times in 5 mintues I called my cell carrier they cannot block his number what is my course of action and is this considered stalking?

I agree with Mr. Nelson. Further to answer your question, which is based only on what you said, no. For instance stalking requires a threat to the person's safety done to place you or your family in fear of their safety. Check out California Penal Code Section 646.9. There are a lot of requirements to be considered "stalking."
