Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was recently in an accident (Calif) where the policy limits are 30/60K. The maximum I was told I would get is 30K. My health insurance has placed a lein on that 30K. Is there any way of getting this lein removed? Background information; head injury (motorcycle) and fractured vertabrae and herniated disks, I also have continued issues with arm due to fractures and herniated disks. Loss of job, which means I will soon lose my medical coverage.

I have handled many motorcycle accident (and other) PI cases including head injury. Did you have underinsured motorist coverage on your policy? There are also limits on what the medical pay coverage carrier is entitled to recover on its lien. I hope this helps and would be glad to discuss this with you. Bob
