Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Statue of Limitations law

I need to know the statue of limitations for a service. I hired a inspector to inspect my mobile home. I have roof \, problems ans have to repace it.The flooring is caving in and mold in bedroom and bath.It has been 2 years and I was just informed from the roofer that I should have gone after the inspector.

Sounds like a breach of contract claim to me. If so, you may have three (3) years before the statute tolls. Could also be fraud, but need more facts. http://www.ehlinelaw.com
