Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

The valet parker wrecked my car, tried to hide it. When I spoke to the valet manager he admitted that it was their fault, only after I heard him speaking in Spanish. He gave me a claim and told me not to worry and fill the claim out. The claim was NOT forwarded to an insurance company, but a 3rd party review company. The claim was never turned in to the Valet company's insurance. They are denying all responsibility. I know that this is unlawful, what should I do?

You signed wrecked Benz, surely you had collision insurance coverage. Turn the claim to your insurance company. They should pay all but the deductible portion of the cost to repair your Benz. If the amount of damage is less than the deductible then sue the valet and the vale's employer for damages in small claims court.
