Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was a victim of intentional battery by a mobile home park manager and her daughter and husband. My medical bills are over $32,000. The max amount in small claims is 10,000 can I sue them in small claims court to get my bills paid?

Yes you can certainly sue in small claims court but you will have to make sure that you name all the appropriate parties and entities as defendants. I recommend that you consult with an attorney before doing so.

You should definitely consult with a personal injury attorney in your area about this - you can't break your lawsuit into three separate small claims court cases against the manager, daughter and husband in order to sue for $30,000.
