Legal Question in Product Liability in California
I am developing an ongoing project in my local senior center. The project is a service where i would video tape senior participants, and having them tell their life stories. I would then give the finished tape to family members or loved ones. All of this is completely free. Do i need legal contracts to do this?

Initially, releases and permission documents would be in a good idea.
