Legal Question in Product Liability in California

I ordered a watch bracelet and the price on my receipt is $195 but now, after several weeks and the bracelet not in yet, the store is telling me it was a misquote and the price is $560. Can the store do this ? Or am I entitled to the price I was quoted

Dispute the charge with your credit card issuer if you still can. Demand your money back.

If you have already paid for the watch, you have a binding contract. You can either take the shop to small claims court for specific performance of the contract, i.e., delivery of the watch, or you can buy it elsewhere and take the store to small claims court for your money back plus the difference between $195 and what you have to pay at another store.
