Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I need an attorney to reopen a civil case. I just found out I have a case against my attorney for not investigating true ownership of property that was mine in the first place. I have memorandums from last attorney which says there was concealment of important documents and attorney fraud. My actual damages are around 1.4 million. I lost two properties. A lot of mental anguish, also lost my business, lost all assets. I need help, please. I will split all damages 50/50. Please leave number where to contact. These properties are in Sonoma Co. Calif. Thank you, Jon

You can't reopen a civil case due to ineffective assistance of counsel. That is only available in criminal cases. You may, however, have a malpractice case against your former attorney if the screwed up AND IF you can prove you wod have won the case if not for the malpractice. It is a rare case where all that can be proved, but I'd be happy to spend an hour discussing it with you to let you know what I think if the case. Contact me at the email or phone number here in my LawGuru profile if you'd like to make an appointment.
