We purchased a home 13 years ago. My husband passed away 2almost 2 years ago. The home is in both of our names. How do I put in in my name only.

Re: Name Change

This depends on how the property is held--if joint tenants, an Affidavit of Death of Joint Tenant must be prepared and filed with the recorder. If tenants in common or community property ("husband and wife"), a spousal property petition may need to be filed. Consult with a probate attorney--it will be worth your time, as you may find out you don't need to do anything for the transfer to occur.
