Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My family is purchasing multiple properties for personal rental purposes, they are thinking of hiring a lawyer to help them review all the necessary documents, also in the future, if there is any issue with the rental property (evictions, lawsuit from/against the tenant, property management issues), they can have the same lawyer to help them.

Is it necessary for them to hire a lawyer? If so, what kind of lawyer? Any other suggestions? They are located in foreign country and I will be the main contact for all their issues.

They need both an experienced real estate attorney in the area they intend to invest, and an experienced real estate broker willing to commit to being their exclusive agent for these purchases. Each will have loyalty to the buyers that way. If serious about hiring counsel for the SoCal area, contact me.
