My father was named executor of my grandfather estate he in turn asked my uncle to handle things it has been 10 years since his death and 2 years since my fathers and things that were promised me did not come aboutis there away for me to geta copy of my grandfathers will

If done right, it should be on deposit in the courthouse that serves the area where your grandfather last lived. Check with the court clerk on Monday.

Also, write to your father and uncle asking for a copy of the will since you believe you are a beneficiary.

If your grandfather owned real property, he might have created a trust. You are entitled to a copy of the pages that contain gifts to you.

Other than that, you might consult with a probate attorney to get more ideas on how to pursue this.
