Homeowners Association

A homeowners association was formed to maintain an easement road on the property where our rental house is located. We purchased the home/property 10 years prior to the formation of this association. Now the association is taking us to small claims court to enforce payment of "our share" of paving this formerly gravel road. We are not members of this association.
