Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have inherited a home along with a heloc loan that I am looking to be foreclosed on I have done everything from government hov help to asking fam and frieds to help me because of my credit I am looking at loosing my home I am a successor to the deed that was givin prior to death of the trust what can I do I don't understand the californias cival code2945.6 please help 619-674-1211 [email protected]

"successor to the deed that was given prior to death of the trust" is complete gibberish, particularly since you say you "inherited" a home. Nothing can be inherited that is given to someone else prior to death. Also a trust cannot die. Lastly, Civil Code section 2945.6 provides the remedies for violations of the Foreclosure Consultants law. You make no mention of any foreclosure consultant, much less any violation of the laws governing foreclosure consultants.
