Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My mercedes bens ml 350 was backed up in to. The insurance company is low balling the estimate. I stand to lose 10-15000 in devaluation of the vehicle. Should I pursue legal action?

Legal action may not be worth it for the amount, but you can certainly negotiate with them, show the evidence of why this vehicle is worth more, recent receipts, etc.
