Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We need a seasoned attorney who is fast on his/her feet being a quick study, has a successful track record, aggressive, and likes cases that are both interesting and challenging. If this is you then, we should talk.

Where is the case & what are the main legal issues? in Alameda, County, CA where I am occupying a commercial property that the probate court has removed from a LLC protecting it saying that the property is suppose to be part of my deceased father's estate in which I bought it and the contract is in my name and my father was my cosigner several times before for over 35 years. I have possessed the subject property for over 15 years (paying all applicable expenses, i.e., taxes, etc.) with the heirs/executors' permission until the probate court removed them and appointed an administrator contrary to the decedent's will & trust. The administrator has declared me a tenant at will using the UD procedure attempting to remove me from my commercial building.

What is the hearing date? on the 20th of July in Alameda Court, a stay is be requested by the other side to stay my adverse possession action that can affect the UD action on 21 July 2016 in Hayward Hall of Justice that is set for a motion for summary judgment.

Can you help us? In our opinion, the Probate Court is trying to financially destroy the heirs of which two are 100%, service-connected disabled veterans over 65 years of age.

It would take at least two full days of work plus court time just to meet with you, get up to speed and through the hearings. You are looking at a roughly $6,000-8,000 bill for that. Accordingly a $10,000 retainer would be required, and I would have to make sure I can get one of my contract attorneys to help since I can't drop everything for two days by myself. If you are still interested in retaining counsel at this late juncture, send me a private email. I'm out of the office today, but have email access.
