Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Spouse in jail

House closed 45 days ago with the Husband and the Son on loan and title. Husaband was arrested for sposal abuse and he is trying to put a lien on the house (assuming for bail bonds). The wife makes the payments but is not on the loan. She was asked to get an addm or special circumstance on the loan form the lender. I am the broker, I need to know if this kind of thing has happened beore and what I am going to approah my lender with. Please assist me on helping out this lady in anyway possible.

Believe it or not, and I believe, I don't understand your question. You speak cryptically, use abbreviations of terms I've never heard and do not explain this with any clarity.
