Tenants in common-are realtor fees at time of sale divided equally?

Not necessarily, and for either of two possible reasons: first, there might be a private agreement between the selling co-owners, which would govern the division of fees; and second, unlike joint tenants, tenants in common don't necessarily hold equal shares, as would joint tenants......if X and Y are tenants in common in the ownership of Blackacre, X may own 99% and Y only 1%.
