Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Tom & Marry Jones sale their house to the Bank, The Bank sales it to REI ( Real Estate Investment). REI receives deed and is legal in the court after 2 months pass , Tom/Marry trespass on the property and steal Fixtures such as toilet , ceiling fans , stove ,in ground back yard barbeque pit and pour concrete into the hot tub. What action must I take to recover damages ? Can you give cases and what does law statute say about previous owners revering their property they purchased ? such as the Fixtures/barbeque pit ?

First, you need to be able to prove that Tom and Mary did this.. You then need to determine whether Tom and Mary have enough money to make a law suit worthwhile. When you make these determinations, seek an attorney who is knowledgeable to file the legal action for you.

Is there a police report or other legal document that confirms the perpetrators of this crime? Just suspecting them is of no value.
