Legal Question in Securities Law in California

Is this legal or right?

Hi, The other day I was inside a store's dressing room trying on a shirt and when I looked in the mirror I could see a camera. It was in the ceiling so the whole store could see it but it had a tinted bubble over it so you don't know where it was pointed at. I went back the next day and got some pictures of this. And while getting the pics I noticed that there are at least two or three of those cameras that I could see while inside the dressing room. I asked a store manager at a different store and she said they are probably dummy cams. I still felt violated and confused. Never in my life have I ever thought that a camera fake or not could be where I have the right to my privacy and should not have to even question something like this. Is this ok for stores to have cameras or dummy cameras where it should be private? And if they are dummy cams then I still feel confused because without having up sighns or something to let you know they are fake gives me a false sence of security , and reliance. the store it happened at is a huge chain of stores all over the world. So please let me know if this is something or nothing at all. THANKS
