Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Do I have the right to know my accuser?

A claim has been filed against me where I work. My employer wrote me up, but did not give me the time/date of the offense or the name of the person(s) who accused me of sexual harassment. Do I have the right to know this information?

Likely not, however, you should seek counsel of an attorney. Most will meet with you, first, visit without charge. Call if you wish to discuss.

No, not during the investigation, and you are about to find out just how one-sided such situations can be stacked against you. You should get some advice and help from experienced counsel. Contact me if interested, I've done employment law for about 20 years.
