attny. be present when I talk to detective?
I met a girl via the internet. After a few E-Mails and phone calls, she shows up @ my house. She stayed for a few hrs, then I took her home. I was notified that charges(sexual)have been filed. A charge like this is no game! I need advice A.S.A.P.
