Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

I had sex with a 17 year old when i was 26 years old last year. she is now 18 years old, can i still get charged for it?

Yup, just like you don't evade prosecution for breaking and entering by buying the house later. The crime was committed when you did it. Nothing makes that go away.
