Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Sexual harassment of pro per

the opposing attorney in a personal injury claim was obsessed with a claim of marital intimacy. She used this to sexually harass plaintiffs even after the court ordered her twice to prepare a stipulation for protective order and stipulation to exclude marital intimacy. The court excluded most GYN records in an In Camera Review as The attorney obstructed the rest of the review. She then stole the un-reviewed medical records from the courthouse. She re-subpoenaed the excluded records. The Court again ordered her to prepare the stipulation. Neither marital intimacy nor reproductive/internal organs were at issue. She used the unreviewed records for obscene phone calls from her own cell phone, discovery requests, and exhibits. She stole all remaining records she alleged WERE reviewed (execpt for her exhibits). She obstructed my second motion for protective order/quash. In her motion for sanctions she insisted a mamogram is relevant, as is sexual information/history. My husband isn't a plaintiff. She would yell and curse on the phone when when I told her to stop as the court ordered marital intimacy,GYN & family history excluded. She stole confidential records from the court's files as NO records were sealed. Im straight, she's not
