Legal Question in Tax Law in California
I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy this year when i go to file my taxes do i tell the irs and if so does it help or hurt me i inclued everthing i had in bankruptcy house and etc.

Just file your taxes as you normally would. The IRS probably received notice of the bankruptcy from the bankruptcy court as a matter of routine.
