Did you give blood? It can take a while as the DA has to wait for blood tests to come back. They have up to one year to file. Do not call. Sometimes these matters fall through cracks. Should you get any notice - get an attorney.

Different counties take more time than other counties. Different prescription drugs remain in the blood for different periods of time. You might consult with an attorneys who regularly handles DUI's in your county to find out how long it takes. Most lawyers will give you a free consultation. You might also check with a pharmacist about how long the drug stays in your system.
