the caught me driving for the second time without a license. how many days of jail time will i have to do????

It depends on whether you're driving on a suspended or revoked license OR if you we're not licensed in the state of California.
Also, the county plays a part in this matter; some are more punishment oriented.
It also depends on whether it is charged as a misdemeanor or an infraction.
