Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
i got pulled over on my bicycle for riding on the sidewalk, when there are no bike lanes on the street, and i have seen on over 100 other people ride their bikes on the sidewalk, and they go right past the cops cars, why did i get pulled over on a street with no bike lane with Semi trucks going down? and i crossed with a walk signal and rode 300 feet to the store, between the walk signal and the store is why i was pulled over.
