Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I received 2 Correctable violations; they are marked yes in the box. They are for 5200 (a) CVC - no front plate & 26708 (a) CVC - Window tint. My car is from another state so i have my front plate in the corner of dashboard, visible & not-movable. Window tints done in another state as well but definitely not Limo dark. What are options besides drill holes in the front of my car & remove the tints from driver & passenger side windows? Can I just pay a fine & not correct any violation?

You my pay a fine but that won't stop you from getting another ticket for the same thing.

I would pay the fine but would find a way to fix the issue. Depends on where you live, really, but I happen to know that in the Bay Area in Concord, my brother was sited 2 times before finally getting it fixed.
