Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I bought CA last will template not married no children. How do I specifically 'write' or add provisions on how to care for a pet dog and adding beneficiaries that are charity groups????

Fill in the blank forms are not really suited for editing, and the difficult nature of your question is that without looking at the result (the will form with whatever changes you actually make to it) we can't really tell you whether or not the will is going to do what you want it to do.

Frankly, I'd type the whole thing into a computer and edit the document, but I can't tell you how and where to add the provisions you want because I don't have the blank form you are using.
