Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My brother died on January 31, 2011, however; in November 2010, he wrote a handwritten document requesting that my sister and I take possessing of his house and all of his personal belonging. He lived in Indiana and I live in California and my sister live in Illinois. What steps should we take to be appointed executor in order to sell his home and property?
