what court do i submit claim/motion concerning information provided? my exwife and i decided on a conservator to manage our 2 daughter's benefit distribution's from my mother's retirement account. she passed in 06. the distributions were distributed incorrectly. instead of being processed 50% going to me & 25% to ea. of my daughters. the benefits were distributed evenly at 33&1/3 ea. what is my recourse? i have contested the fuduciaries actions. i have contacted the labor board. i have requested monies from my children's acting conservator.
