We have always been close but he now would like me out of the house so......what would/could be done to remove my name from everything (just mine)?

If your in-laws want to remove you as an executor, or successor trustee, or agent they should see their attorney and update their documents.

If they do not do this, you don't have to put yourself on the spot - If you are named as a successor trustee, executor or agent, you don't have to take the job - you can decline to serve, even if there aren't any other named trustees, executors or agents in their documents.
