Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father has Alzheimers. The last trust and will documents I have are from 2011 and list myself and the trustee and executor. Somehow my dad's lawyer and another woman have taken over my duties as trustee. How do I take the power back?

This is a very fact specific area of the law, and it is not possible to answer it based only on what you have asked. You really should take the time to have a consultation with an attorney. Be prepared to spend a little money, and be sure to have all the documents with you that you know of. Be as accurate as possible regarding the events since 2011 when discussing them with the attorney.

I agree entirely with Mr. Dorfman. A lawyer and another woman can't just "take over" trustee duties and powers. You need to retain a lawyer right away.
