Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
my father told me that I would be very well provided for when he passed away. He died inOct,'14, and I haven't received a copy of his will. His wife has control of his estate, and I think she has tampered with things. I called the probate court in Hawaii where he passed away, and the will was not probated or a trust either. What rights do I have? Do I need an attorney?
