Do I have a right to see my father's will if I was mentioned in it? His wife refuses to let me see any documents.

If your father is deceased then the person in possession of your father's original will is required to file the will with the Superior Court in the county of your father's residence (or file for probate) under Probate Code section 8200. If she fails to do this, you can petition the court to compel her to cough up the will.
