I would like to find out what fees are involved with a partial distribution of an estate

There is a statutory fee schedule for the administrator/executor of the estate, but what portion he/she would charge for only partly distribbuting the estate I would not know.

In an estate (as opposed to a trust) the fees are set by statute based on the value of the estate and some other factors and can only be paid when approved and ordered by the Court. There is no direct or specific link between the payment of those fees and the making of a partial distribution.
