Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How do I find out who the successor trustee is of a trust once the trustee dies? I have a judgment I want to collect against the son of a wealthy woman who died recently. Her house if up for sale and I want to make sure my judgment gets paid before he cashes in on her wealth. Any suggestions? I already did a debtor's exam and did not find out anything because he lies. He doesn't work and has no bank account.

That is not information that you can get readily. You will either have to ask for it specifically from the judgment debtor, or you would be able to get it if the trust instrument was made public, like in a probate proceeding over the trust itself.
